Thanks. The person who gives me guidance always has me add a binder and I have not found one that I am happy with.

Which do you use?

I tried binder the first time I made smoked sausage because the instructions called for it (Zach's smoke sausage recipe.) I honestly couldn't tell that there was binder in it; which I considered a good thing. I have thought about omitting it, but I still had some and just decided to use it again (and again, didn't notice that there was a binder agent in it.)
