Belly/back look like a 5 yr old, face looks like a 4 year old. I really think he is a 4 year old deer that is in really good shape.

Yep, pull them up and drive them along the legs and tie them tight against the legs. Would also have less in the way when trying shoot anything directly under the feeder.
