    Edwards Plateau Question

I have a lease Castell that is on the county lines of Mason and Llano.

My quesiton: What ecoregion do those counties fall in according to the TPWD rut chart? Edwards Plateau Central or East. I am thinking the east

A wildlife biologist, public (TPWD) or private, could provide the best answer, of course, but having lived in Boerne and hunted your area near Mason, I'd place it in the central part of the Plateau.

Next season, I'm hunting in Edwards County, between Sonora and Del Rio. Not much doubt that it's the western reaches of the Plateau
with the rut peaking +/- Nov. 30, the days after T-giving.

I believe that's hill country. Edwards plateau starts around Brownwood and goes west and northwest.

Too bad those deer can't read the chart.
