Trying to help find a Corporate Lease

I have a friend who's company is looking for a company lease . If you have any ideas or a direction I can send him any help would be greatly appreciated .

Hunters 35-40
Rifle Hunting
Whitetail and Exotics would be a plus
Preferable 4-5 Hours from Houston .
