    More Trini Food...

    After having Iguana last weekend, going with another Trinidad favorite, BBQ pig tail.

    It’s salted so needs to be boiled to cut the salt.


    After this we’ll throw it on the grill and baste in BBQ. It’s pretty good, just a little different.

              We fry them alongside our tripitas. They are frickin awesome, but a little fatty and not something you should eat everyday.
