I concur... are you sure your vanilla and pea gravel ratio is correct?

Yup, 14 inches of rain from Harvey and a good acorn crop. I get a deer at the feeder but not every day and a lot of it is nocturnal.

Very little to no doe activity at the feeder and the rut is in Oct where I hunt.

I'm actually debating about hunting opening weekend.

My deer started dropping off the feeder about 10 days ago. Big acorn crop.
Happens most every year. Give it some time and hope they all drop soon.

Yup, lots and lots of acorns. Been lucky that I've still got a lot of deer hitting the feeder.

There are thousands of acorns on the ground right now. Heck I am only getting pigs at my feeder every few days with all the acorns on the ground. I found an oak grove that is open enough to bowhunt in, so I am setting a stand there in the next couple of days along with a camera and that is where I will probably be sitting opening day.
