I am searching for a new lease for 8-10 guys. Preferably Edwards, Kimble or Sutton counties area. I know a lot of people are looking but it doesn't hurt to ask!

I hope you find something,those counties have skyrocked in the last few years because of the exotics.We pay 4000.00 a man for 10 guys in Kimble county,cause that's what all the ranches around us are getting.But it is a nice place,and believe it or not there is a waiting list to get on this lease.Crazy!

I've been looking in that area a lot lately. I haven't found anything anywhere close to that price, unfortunately. Most are at least double that. A few are not quite double.
