Need Advice/TBH Brain Trust! Finishing out Metal Building

I am planning on using a superior carport kit garage on a slab for my game/trophy room.

It will be 24x30 with either 11 or 12ft ceiling.

With A-Frame Vertical Roof.

It will have a main room w/ kitchenette, a bedroom, and full bathroom.

Has anyone had experience in finishing out these type of kit buildings?

Insulating & making it water tight?

Anchoring?

What problems will I run in to?

Advice?

It will be a kit garage with 12 GA framing like these below.

Spray foam it if you want it to be air and water proof!

I'd spray foam the ceiling and gables and and just conventional 8' stud wall with conventional insulation inside at 24" centers. put framing nailers where you want to hang stuff on the wall.

That or frame the same 8' walls and then spray all of it.
