Default Jeep XJ roof rack build

Starting a roof rack build. First step will be to fab some gutter mounts out of 1/8x2 flat bar. Will need 6.

We did that once when we put a lift on a jeep my son had. We had to remove the roof rack to get the jeep out of the garage. The rack I'm building will be much lower than the rack sitting on there now. The gutter mounts will be trimmed down

Top half completed. Little grinder work. Then cut and weld cross members. Probably put flat extended metal for the bottom.
