Needed space for some hats that a member gave me. Decided I was too cheap to buy one so I grabbed some coated hangers and a scrap piece of wood. A little fire and a few holes later, I've got a nice way to keep my hats in good shape.
I drilled holes straight through the board so that I could pass the wire through it. Folded the wire behind the wood to secure it. Bent the wire to fit the crown shape and support the brim.
