    Feeder preference

I plan on getting back into hunting this year. I need to redo my feeders to either be the winch up style or the ones on short legs, so I can pull the top and fill. I currently have your average 8' leg, back up truck to drum and fill. I can do the fabrication for the new ones. I need old man friendly style. So opinions on which is better? I have seen turkey guides use the short feeders on skids and it sure worked to bring in deer.

yup. They are pricy up front but worth it no doubt.

I just finished building this 85 gallon drum. I’m amazed that it took us deer hunters so long to realize that climbing a ladder with a 50# sack of feed is not the way to go.
