            I killed one with the same exact “set-up” one time. Best venison I ever kilt. It was a 6 point with no brow tines. When it hit the ground one of the antlers popped off just like he/she shed it.

              Congrats on the deer.


              In 2009 I killed a deer (in the Marble Falls) are just like the one you killed. It's antlers weren't as big as the one you killed though. It was a small 4 point (no brow tines).

                    Buddy shot one just opposite a few years back. Looked like a mature doe. No protusion for antlers, no nubbins, nothing. When we went to turn her over, she was packing a bag of marbles. We called his a gay deer.
