If the weather is nice it's pretty tough to beat live music at the love shack, a greasy cheeseburger, and trying to drink them out of lone Star… I love that place.

M&M steakhouse on NW 28th has steaks and calf fries, been there a long time !!!! Small place haven't been in over 10 yrs though

La Playa at main and 14th has excellent Mexican food and spotless kitchen when we did fire inspections

If you’re wanting a good steak near the stockyards, then I’d go to Lonesome Dove. Their cucumber jalapeño margaritas are good too.

I enjoyed my last visit at Horseshoe Hill Cafe. I was disappointed with Lonesome Dove. I may have ordered he wrong steak. I’m not fond of a steak with to much fancy stuff pilled on top.

We ended up at the bar at the H3 for a drink, then to Risckys Steakhouse, and the White Elephant. No wait anywhere. Guess the weather kept some away. We had a blast. The Hyatt Place in the Stockyards is super nice.

Thx, we usually go once a year. But we have atleast a couple date nights a month just to go eat without the kids. Its worked for 16yrs
