Default Venison goulash

Many of us remember sitting at Grandma’s house dreading that bowl of what she called Goulash… Grandma would throw any leftover things she could find in a pot and call it a goulash, this ain’t your grandmas goulash. This is a quick one pot recipe that is sure to change your mind on what goulash used to be. Venison really adds that extra something and brings this dish to that Wild game level we all love.

Venison Goulash

1 cup Corn, roasted and cut off ear

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, roasted and chopped

1 hatch chile, roasted and chopped

2 large tomatoes, roasted and diced

1 cup chicken stock

1 8oz can tomato paste

16oz can or tomato sauce

Really good. We didn’t have all the ingredients, but we had most. Lacked garlic, chili’s, tomato sauce so we put in a can of rotel to substitute.
