      This is beautiful!! For your smokehouse, is it just a sheet of of sheet metal? No instalation needed as you are cold smoking anyway correct? Do you have a thread of your smokehouse build? Thanks for sharing your info sir. I've always wanted to build one in my backyard.

                Do you trim your pork butts that you cube to make sausage? Another question. If you are curing why is it so important to wait for a cold day to make the sausage?

                          Pretty excited to build a smokehouse this weekend, will also be making my first batch of sausage ever. Will be waiting on a good weekend to smoke. Is there anything anyone regrets doing/not doing in there smokehouse? Or anything they would change?
