Without pulling up that thread, the gist is that if you write down your set-up and firing process, record it, and listen to it, that you'll almost automatically become a better shooter because your subconscious will then help you find any flaws in your process, and push you toward fixing them in the right way. Also, by ingraining your firing process into your subconscious, it becomes more natural and flowing.
There were a few "attaboy" replies to my earlier post, but no one saying, yeah, I'm gonna do that right away. I figure the reason for a dearth of "taking action" responses might be that some thought it too complex, and others decided they likely wouldn't listen to their own words anyway.
Now I'm going to make you an offer you shouldn't refuse. I will do the hardest part of it for you at no charge. That means FOR FREE! Think of it as having your very own archery coach (your subconscious) and voice-over/subconscious access specialist (me) on-call. Since (for a little while, at least) this thread will appear in the NEW POSTS section, the offer is hereby extended to archers of all stripes, including pinshooters.
All you need to do is write down your process (examples by the numbers appear in that linked post), and pm it to me along with your name and email address. I will then record it in the third person using your name ("Fred, your set-up starts with planting your feet....."), and email it back to you as an audio file attachment, along with instructions for its use (any user of my Solution who might be reading this is already familiar with the process).
I would fully expect to see some personal best 3D scores showing up, and maybe even a few stories about successful hunts that otherwise may not have been so. But I only feel certain to see that if you take action now.
It doesn't get any easier (or cheaper) than that.
