    Javi and Aoudad will test your cooking skills. I eat them and they are great. Largemouth bass from a muddy 1 acre stock pond are the worst.

                        I shot a big wild goat. It was mustier than aoudad. I Used the back straps and mixed with domestic pork and made breakfast sausage. Could not eat it and bsrn cats left it alone

                          Same here. Killed one years ago and quartered it up and took it home. It was pretty big too. Told the wife it was a hog. Came home one evening and the whole house stunk, said she was cooking some of the backstrap. We couldn't eat it.
