Electrical/ lighting gurus: need help replacing bulb in floodlight..

Camp floodlight went out and all I've found are 5-6" replacement halogen bulbs.
The light unit is approximately 14" across, so the bulb is longer.
Is this a special order thing? I'm assuming the unit is an industrial sized light.
It's also 20' up so I didn't have time to inspect in detail.
    Thanks for any ideas...

Your prolly finding 300-500 watt bulbs, that fixture is prolly 1000-1500 watt

check with a local supply house, even if you don't have the info on the fixture they should have what you need if you show them that picture.

          1500w

I'd change the fixture to something else, that's an energy drinking mofo
          Prolly a 240v fixture

Put a LED fixture up there.

Go by a new fluorescent or led knuckle mount fixture...

                  Check fixture voltage first
A lot of LED and fluorescent fixtures will come tritap so if the current fixture is 240 you'd still be ok.

I replaced my back porch light with this. It is amazing how bright they are.

I understand the difference between yours and mine, but you will not be disappointed in LED lights. These were purchased at home depot.

You need to go LED. This is what you need to replace it with https://www.e-conolight.com/outdoor-...5271#configtop
