Krivoman winch up feeder question

Looking at getting a winch up feeder from Krivoman but wanted to see if anyone had one and what their thoughts were on it. Does the barrel stay in place when winched up or can it rotate still? Want to make sure my solar panel is always in the right direction. Also how tall are the legs and how high up is the bottom of the feeder when winched up? Thanks for any and all help

Barrel stays in place. Legs are 14 ft long i believe.. Maybe 12. Cant remember. Its over your head for sure on spinner height.
