If you had 2# of elk burger??

Is there anything in particular that would be better to use it for?

    Tacos?
    Chilli?
    Hamburgers?
    Meatloaf?

Before I just make anything with it, thought I would check to see what the GS opinion was

    Give me some ideas

Hamburger steaks in brown gravy with mushrooms and onions. Smashed spuds on the side.

And with the other lb that you’d still have left?

          1 1/2 # burger next week.

I’d be using them for hamburgers. No tacos and such, just some big hamburger patties.

I might grind in some bacon and make bacon burgers. Yum

Since people have covered your standard fare, I'll bring up some other ideas.

For summer, kefta kebab. For winter, meat pies: including shepherds pie, empanadas, or just your standard meat in a pie crust.

For anytime, Italian: baked ziti, manacotti, bolognese sauce.

I'd be looking for an elk hunt!
