Was out of taco seasoning last night but found a good DIY recipe for it. Why I had all these other seasonings and not taco seasoning is beyond me but I liked the DIY recipe better. I also added a little Franks red hot powder to it. This makes 2 tablespoons which was perfect for a pound of meat with 1/3 cup of water
1 T chili powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t papriki (I used smoked papriki)
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1 t sea salt (I used about half t)
