      ring neck for sure, as far as his tail feathers is anyones guess; sold, shot off; bobcat
      or maybe he had invested in some cannibus stocks and lost his azz.

        A taxidermist can get it to where you can put other tail feathers in that bird. My buddy has a pheasant mount that has tail feathers you can take out. I guess so if you shoot one with longer tail feathers you can swap the old ones out for the new ones.
