What time does everyone have their feeders spinning in the morning and evening?

How many seconds do you throw?

15 minutes before sunrise and 1:30hr before sunset is my preferred time. Spin duration depends on which property; 5-10 seconds

Same on times.

Duration during deer season depends on how good they are on corn. 10-12 seconds is the norm but I have been at 2-3 and 15 before when the deer dictated it.

Feeder Times

20 minutes before actual sunrise time, and then again 30 minutes after that About an hour before actual sunset, and then again 30 minutes after that. I change the times accordingly nearly every time I fill feeders.

How long to throw depends on the feeder, and how much corn (or pea gravel) it throws per second.

the gap between the funnel and the spinner plate has as much to do with the amount thrown as the run time.

Corn: 10 seconds @7am, 5 seconds @ 8am, 7 seconds @ 5pm, and 5 seconds @6pm

Protein: opens at 7am, closes at 9am, opens at 5pm, closes at 630pm

X2, just changed the feeder behind the house to 6 instead of 6:30 yesterday. 10-12 seconds

Fall time, and I leave it at that year round. I usually run 3 sec unless there are a ton of acorns.
