boom sprayer

rigged me up a boom sprayer for plots and use around the house. got 2 of the orbit spray shrub heads ($2 each) with a couple of elbows and a T joint. i removed the wand and connected it to the spot sprayer i have, 15gal with a 1gpm pump. it was covering a 6ft wide path very well at walking pace. i have a 2.4gpm pump i want to finish it off with when i get a hold of one of the 55gal plastic barrels. anyone got a plastic barrel for cheap?

I want to build one like that also. Never thought of using the shrub heads for it . The nozzles meant for spray rigs are kind of pricey. I want to make a boom type to get 15-20'

Exactly what I was thinking.
My 25gal spot spray tank cracked, so I've been tossing up ideas on how to convert it to use a 55g plastic drum or even a 275g tote.
I'm definitely going to check into the shrub sprinklers for nozzles.
