Did you screw that bolt into the cooler above the wheels?

No it's a carriage bolt that fits into a slot on wheel attachment strap, it keeps it adjustable and keeps it from turning when I tighten it.

I took his ideas and tweaked the handle design to make everything removable, my test run seemed to approve the cargo!

I added another set of wheels to the front of my yeti which really helps but mine doesn't swivel.
