I will not owner finance or it would have been sold faster... Anyway it was appraised for over $250,000 and I told realtor to sell for $227,500 OBO... The roads were all redone now and you could drive a Cadilac on them so I think it will sell soon.. I hate to sell it but my wife stroke and me fighting cancer and now they said I have asbestosis in lungs so trying to unload things is best way.... I have many nice Axis bucks in area, black buck and of course white tails, turkey...
