This is what I used for my trailer. It'll cover the whole roof with 2 coats. It's safe for epdm roofs. Also check to see if you have vinyl trim and make sure the trim isn't weathered and cracked. I had a leak and it the trim not the roof that was leaking. It's easy to apply, just use a paint roller and roll it on like paint
If you have a rubber roof, I doubt anything that you can buy at Lowes will work. It might work for a little while, but there are not to many products that adheres & sticks to rubber.

Looks interesting, but was there any mention of the process of removing it for repairs later on? I often thought the spray in bed liner system was good but was told it is basically impossible to remove to replace vents & stuff on roofs
