I have sheds from a ranch of a 10+ old buck. He has a solid 7 pt frame on his right side and a 20" main beam with no branched antlers coming off of it. He would be legal as long as he wasn't 13" wide. Heck he would be a "Trophy" to me!

an inside spread of 13 inches or greater(does not apply to a buck that has an unbranched antler).

Clearly states that. My understanding is if the 7x1 was 14" wide I couldn't shoot another buck 13" wide.
