They know this guy pistol whipped a lady and the chase began. Why don't the block him in ? They have been creeping behind him in large numbers, blocking traffic all over and it's been almost 2 hrs of this? He is not cooperating obviously.

I feel sorry for the officers. They obviously are working with strick rules that seems to be to the crimals advantage. The man power and resources this one scumbag has taken a way from the protection of the city is amazing. And for over two hours now.Comment

its frustrating for sure. lots of city departments are going to a no chase policy unless its a violent crime, DPS and most counties will still chase till the wheels fall off. even then, if you do chase, most will not allow aggressive interaction with the suspect, its just throw the spike strips and follow till he stops.Comment
