Are you building a rock crawler?

Those weren't my initial intentions, but seems to be the way the project is heading. Our small group does a lot of trail riding around the world.

My rig needs some more character to it. Should have all completed by Feb (hopefully)

Looks great!!!! I would be changing out the clutch and doing some mods to make up for the added weight. You will find the weight will change everything quiet a bit as well as the handling.

Aluminum sheet metal on the doors, zeused on for easy removability, the bed I did the same way using sheet metal. On the roof and back tail light casement, I went with polished aluminum diamond plate which I will be high heat powder coating black.

Then rhino lining all framework black, and then wrapping in a faded black design with faded DeerView under lay.

                            Yes sir.
Already ordered a new clutch for the ride. Several other upgrades will be done as well.

I'm doing the cheaper part of the build now.

not sure if you have looked at overdrive greasless weights but that would be my first mod to that clutch along with sending it up to vicksburg mississippi to let adam harvey "airdam clutching" machine the primary and change the secondary spring. looks good the only thing about the rhino is it's only one cylinder and lacks heavily in the power department. but definetly looking good.
