    If you don't have a tub, you can lay the pig on a sheet of plywood and heat a big pot of water on a propane burner / turkey deep fryer. Once the water starts to steam/boil, remove the pot and pour it over the pig. Then remove the hair as mentioned previously. The only bad thing about this is that you will have to heat up several pots of water.

      Small pig skinned and gutted. Take a sawzall and split it lengthwise right down the middle. Season heavily with pork bbq rub, slow smoke for 4-6 hours, wrap in foil and finish off. Try not to check it for a long time. I put a lot of sauce on it before I wrap it in foil.
