I would guess you got a bad rotor that isn't true. Did you replace your rotors with brand new ones or had your old ones turned at a shop?

I replaced my rotors with new drilled and slotted rotors from Summit Racing

We are going to throw it up on a lift next weekend and go back over everything we can.

Exactly what abctx said, before you brake throw the truck in neutral and see if it shakes then

If it only happens when you apply the brakes it only makes sense that you have warped rotors or I suppose there’s an outside chance you could have something modulating your brake cylinders but that’s not likely.

We’re the rotors rated for your truck? There is a chance of a bad rotor, likely on the rear axle based on what you are describing.

I have a similar issue had a caliber sticking... turned the rotors, new calibers both side and new pad... smooth as silk now.
