does anyone know someone who can get a video from a cd and rip it apart and adapt if for my uses like edit in my pics and info? any help appreciated. Not looking to spend an arm and a leg. someone know can do it on the side....thanks!

if it is a video (.mpg, .avi, etc) on a CD you should just be able to load it on the computer and with a video editing program edit it as you would any other video.
I received a video on CD in .mpg format and did this so I could use footage for a DVD I produced. -
If not, simply plug the camera into the DVD player (Depending on the camera) hit play on the video and record on the camera. If it is a true DVD it is not going to work just putting it in. You will be able to pull the individual files, but the video is in one folder and the audio in another.Comment
