Guy, I think I am going to take a stab at building my own. I have honed in on a Spikes lower. Who makes a good a good 16" upper? Can I get an upper with the bolt and charge handle?

Also, can anyone reccommend an FFL in the North Dallas (Addison/Frisco) area?
