I think its all political...CV numbers are falling all over the country...even here in Houston they are using skewed and flawed data to keep us in the red level....

The Big 10 will play 9 games (8 plus a conference championship game). All of their teams will play 9 games as they will match up seeds from each side of the conference and play an extra game.

The committee will use extra games as data points, they always have. I think it makes the margin for error slimmer in the Big 10 than in years past, but they will be right in the mix unless the Big 12 goes undefeated and there is a 1 loss Big 10 team. That is where it could get dicey.

Why in the world are they removing 1 of the 9 scheduled games which will be from the other division only to add another back in from the other division via seedings?

I had to wear a 'mask' to watch my daughter play HS volleyball last night. 10 minutes in I was reprimanded for not complying. I said ok and cut a hole in my mask to watch the rest of what should have been an enjoyable evening. Its a trainwreck anyway you slice it
