    Rib spoilage and smoker question

    Got my electric smoker up to 250 put rack of ribs on at 3:00
    Went to town washed truck got back at 4:15 checked smoker and
    It was off,temp read 123 took awhile to get it going again it
    Kept tripping off,now back up to temp and going good I
    Think they fine what y’all think?

    Yes, they’ll be fine if you get the smoker back up and goin.

                        #1-Never leave pit unattended, cuts into beer consumption.

                        #2- Never tell anyone you're calling an outdoor electric oven a smoker
