    What's wrong?

What are these on this deer? Should he be shot? Can it be passed on to other deer?

I agree he is only 1.5 yo. Will the moles or what ever they are go away, or is this something he may pass on to offspring, and or rest of the herd?

I don't know why but, we see this a lot at the beginning of taking on my ranch now. We have never killed a deer that had them later in life. Did they die or loose them I do not Know. Now we see one from time to time with them but, not near as many as in the beginning.

Thanks to all! Sound like something that could possibly be gone by rifle season. He is one of many young studs coming up. I have two other like him that are 10pts already.
