This sounds completely out of character of the new owners. Perhaps a misunderstanding or misinformation. The new owners are very customer focused and accommodating.

Yeah the new owners have flipped the shop around and seem to run a good shop. I've been in there a handful of times since it changed hands and even had them set up 3 different bows for me last time I was in there just so I could shoot them and I wasn't even planning on buying one at the time just curious

Its good to hear of new ownership, I will stop by and check them out.

There was an old man Pops that smoked a cigar that I could not stand, then his family took it over. The service was always sub par. But, maybe now its worth a visit.
