We're having another New Year's Eve party here at the house and after reading this post I told my wife that we need to make a pot of menudo to go with the tamales, arroz, frijoles, tortillas, muñuelos, empanadas and chocolate along with some adult beverages while playing Toma Todo and Loteria. Yuck, stuff stinks while it's cooking. Just curious, does anyone actually eat the entire contents when eating a bowl of menudo? Reason I ask is every time I see someone eating a bowl of menudo, they just sorta pick around at it and sip some of the broth. They necver seem to be actually chowing down on it like normal food. Always made me wonder why.
