Lookin at getting a camera for Christmas!! I want to keep it around 1000 dollars. I'll be using it mainly for wildlife and landscape pictures but want something for all around. I also want to buy a long distance lens. What would you guys recomen in my budget? Thanks for your help!

That Sony A6000 mirrorless DSLR is pretty sweet. Lens selection is limited though.
If you're thinking DSLR is what you want, there are plenty kits such as Canon T5i, that you can get for under 1k. Nikon also makes a good kit. -
Pretty tough to beat some of the deals on two-lens packages right now. I saw a T5i combo for $449 the other day. Don't overlook the kit lenses in these package deals. They will do 99% of what a person wants, esp. if you're just learning photography.Comment
