Wrecker drivers and crazy driving!

10 or 12 get to an accident and are waiting around like buzzards. 8 or 9 around for 1 vehicle and causin more of a traffic hazard than a the accident. STUPID!!!

They seem to think they are above the law. Theres people who are alot more important to our infrastructure and who need to be at far more important places than a wrecker driver yet still drive the speed limit. Think police, ambulances, and utility workers.

First off, the drivers are on commission. The faster they can make a call, the faster they can get another. More calls = more $. Also, up here in the DFW area, the companies are on a rotation for PD calls. The drivers are given a 10min response time. The company loses $ if they are late. My son has been driving for several years now.

Even with the draw they still have to get to the scene in time to put their chip in and drive like heck to do so.

Yep only a certain amount of time to get to a wreck or they will call the other on call service to pick up the vehicle.
