Unless it's growing along or near a permanent water source, it's not a eucalyptus. They are similar to a willow in that they need lots of water... It does however look like an eucalyptus except eucalyptus trees usually do not branch out and make a big canopy tree like that. They generally grow tall and tight. That's why I suggested a narrow leaf cottonwood. The trunk and canopy are shaped more like a cottonwood than an eucalyptus... If it has a mild putrid odor though, that's a dead giveaway of an eucalyptus tree... No mosquitoes around them either. Skeeters don't like that odor either...
