Default Got the brisket rubbed

and ready for smoker. Will make some good tacos! Rubbed with kosher salt, paprika, black pepper and cumin.

Dang. Rubbed my brisket and pork loin with Bite my Butt rub from Wenzels in Hamilton. Will put them on the smoker with apple wood in an hour.

Sounds good. Im using my UDS. Holding at 250. Using hickory and mesquite mixed. Will check it about midnight and put my thermometer in it. Gonna get it to 205ish.

also made some fire roasted salsa and homemade bean dip, plus mil making cheese enchiladas. We also have 3 kinds of tamales, beans, rice, rotel dip with deer meat, pecan pie, cheesecake, chocolate pie, n lemon pie.
