I harvested this buck in Gaines county...not like some of the monsters that usually come out of this county, but I’m extremely proud of him. Stalked him bedded down in the middle of a cotton field...made a 65 yard shot on him. He ran about 75 yards and piled up and needless to say it was a great feeling watching him go down. Unofficially it’s supposedly the first ever confirmed bowkill in Gaines county.

That is awesome man. There are some good mule deer in Gaines County. Its not easy getting close to them with almost no brush!
