    Why the price difference?
What is the major differences in them?

Are you referencing price differences between the various lens offerings (Nikon vs Sigma vs Tokina etc)?

      Naw.
Both Nikkor, one is imported, one is made in the good 'ole USA.
      Is there really a difference?

(holy moly that is a long link)

I believe they are made in the same location but the Nikon/Nikkor Warranty coverage is different between both offerings.

It is a warranty issue. Click on the work "Imported" on their website. I was wondering the difference the other day.

If you buy a Nikon 'Grey/Imported' market body or lens it isn't covered under the USA warranty. So, if it malfunctions it isn't covered under warranty and you'll have to pay to have it fixed. Not sure about Canon but I know that's how Nikon works. They are usually a few bucks cheaper but it may cost you in the long run. Make sure before you buy if it's a US model or Imported.
