    Euro mount and plaque

    This buck was a regular last year and always got a pass because I was waiting on a bigger one that I had on camera. I found his head this year and decided to euro him.
    I used 40 volume peroxide cream and basic white powder to whiten the skullClick image for larger version

    I then used golden oak stain on the antlers let it set until it was almost dry and took a rag and roughed up the finish a littleClick image for larger version

    Then I blew up a pic of an arrow head plaque off the Internet cut it out and transferred it to a piece of card board for a template Click image for larger version

    Used a skill saw and a dremel to bevel the edges, then free handed a smaller arrowhead for a wall mountClick image for larger version
