Yes works great. I get really clean cuts. I wanted a saw that I could turn off like a switch so I just placed a rubber band around the trigger assembly and when I want to turn it off I just pull in the lever.

Well the parts list is kinda tricky.
The sliding clamps are brackets from a gun lock mounted on a 3 inch aluminum angle iron.
The cutter is from Harbor Freight.
The brackets holding the cutter are from a gun lock box also.
Everything is screwed into a 2x4 piece of wood.
The wood blocks on the sliders are screwed from the bottom so they can move with the sliders.
It would have been cheaper if I used regular metal instead of aluminum for the angle iron but it would have been extremely heavy.
I think I might have $45 into it.
The cutter cuts really well. When I place the arrow shaft up against the blade it does not slow down the cutter at all. Cuts the shafts like butter.
