Steps to remodeling

We are having an old house moved to remodel and I’m not sure where we need to start. It’s gonna have to be insulated, rewired, replumbed, and central air/heat installed. It’ll be a long process as we’re not going to everything at once, but what should be done first. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

first thing I would make sure it is level and all the under beams are in good shape
Then do what every you are going to the roof to make sure it doesn't leak.
If you are going to re wire I think that would be next and then installation, pluming

before you rewire it would be easer to remove all the inside sheet rock or what every is on the walls then do all the above before installing new sheet rock.

Level it to where it will set for a long time, strip all the walls, exterior and interior and go from there.

Establish the area all the way around the house to PREVENT any water from getting under the house.

I keep telling her we’d come out cheaper building from scratch, but this old house has sentimental value to her so it’s a losing battle. Lol
It’ll definitely be a major chore.
