I can't speak for Joshua but I'm guessing his "you have been conned" comments are not really aimed at those who will hold their nose and vote Trump solely to keep Hillary out. Those who are going to feel conned are those who enthusiastically voted Trump in the primaries based on some vague idea that this "outsider, non-PC strongman" will change things in Washington for the better.

However, there really isn't much Trump can do / has done that can come anywhere to a point that puts him in a worse light than hillary. The laundry list of past dirty deeds, and will do as potus??
I do not understand how one could be more concerned and continue to be fixated on the unknown negatives of trump vs the frightening & likely deer seasons coming our way with witch victory. Talk about interesting chats around the campfire!!

(and don't dismiss them by throwing the "E word" , there is nothing remotely Establishment about them) I don't agree with everything - I will probably vote for Trump then take a hot shower to get the experience off me - but you can argue that there are bigger issues at stake then one election. Here is an example from David French (Harvard lawyer, Iraq combat veteran and evangelical Christian)

So Josh, You know 100% how he will govern??...Yes, I am serious that I do not know the negatives of a Trump presidency because he is campaigning a different tone to what his past has shown.
Where is your same disdain for Hillary...you clearly seem to rather have her which I find depressing from someone who seems pretty bright. You cannot put the evils of Trump on the same level of her wickedly deeds!! That lady is so disgustingly evil & would be a much horrible president.
The fact you still want to waller in your loss instead of dealing the facts that we are now looking at Trump or pure evil amazes even me...go back at look at my posts. Trump was the worst person the voters could have picked to go against the gems, but you know what?? That was the cards we were given & you still want to argue a point that gets you nowhere.
If you prefer Hillary, then carry on...if you don't, then let it go man. We got screwed & the hands have been dealt. What are you trying to prove at this point??

Also, isn't Cruz going to speak in a little while...the whole two party system is a fiasco, but at least there is some sort of plan to attempt to stop the clinton machine.
Is Cruz a traitor now...no matter how you cut it, the lesser of two evils is upon us. Some are going to stay home and that is fine. If someone prefers Hillary over trump, then by all means the anti Trump holler has some backbone.
If you think Hillary is the worst possible choice, then why hammer Trump now that he has the nod??
~~~~~
For the record, TX will go Trump...this go round, I can stay home or even vote for the witch, but our electoral votes will be RED. It is the weird & totally misguided strange voters of Ohio that have this nation in their hands. I guess the BIGGEST question for you Josh is are you staying home or voting Ind & how will that help or hurt Trump/Hillary.
I'll stop there. You'd actually vote for her? I can see voting for Sanders to oppose Trump
