We have been F'd since before Bush Sr. All the Presidents in my lifetime have done nothing but degrade the nation and pile on debt. They are all cut from the same cloth. There are only a handful of true patriots in politics left (Rand Paul, Justin Amash, Thomas Massie, maybe Ted, I'm undecided on him).
The biggest problem is a very large majority of the electorate have no true understand of the Constitution and really don't want to live in a free country. This includes a majority of Republicans. Sad really.

One thing for you principled non-Trump voters might want to think about... the metropolitan centers of Texas are at best purple if not downright blue... if enough of you principled folks withhold your vote.... it might well be 38 for Hillary (thankfully not likely, but certainly possible)

We truly enjoyed the Bush library in College Station (both times). But, the FIRST time we went what was the FIRST thing my wife commented on? The donor wall!!! Her words were kinda like, "Wow, that HUGE wall of donors list is 90% sheiks and princes from the middle east." Honestly, it is quite striking and said a lot without even trying.

The Bush's are corrupt crooks. I voted for both. They were a great disappointment.

disagree . . . . seeing him in Dallas at the funeral re-affirmed the solid nature of that family.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near Cleveland this week.

99 percent of politicians are crooks at some level. Bush was and is still able to show some class and honor. This was recently apparent at the memorial the other day, very classy. Even Clinton I don't think is actually an evil person and wishes to do harm to this country; however, our current POTUS is a hateful evil person who wants to see this country brought down and rebuilt in the liberal communist progressive ideology.

George W Bush was one of the worst presidents this country has ever had.

very true, and the bushes and the clintons are both guilty and should be tried for treason. TRUE COLORS ALWAYS SHOW.

I have only voted for one President in my life and that was Reagan. Every other time I voted against someone. Therefore I hit the Bush button every time it came up. There was really no choice given the alternatives. Life is full of disappointments.

If I'm not mistaken, Harris County was almost a Obama vote in the last election..That was four years ago, imagine how many more liberals there are now!! Not to mention all of the democrats that are moving to Texas from their socialist states, they bring their ideologies with them and keep voting democrat.

Let Trump or Hilary have a go at it for 4 years and y'all will begging for Ol Jeb to step in.

Any of the Bushes are head and shoulders above the current cream that has risen to the top. Y'all just need to realize we are now a minorty and the US populace does not want what we do in the way of Constituitonal recognition and absence of govt interaction in our live.

Might as well get used to it and fussing about GW or my vote ain't gonna help it.

I liked GW before, during and after the war. I respected him when he kept his mouth shut and stayed out of the lime light for the last 6-7 years.

Then what the heck......he opens his mouth and disses the R nominee not the current resident in the White House????????
